Parking is complement in all of our hotels on a first come-first serve basis. Guests may use any of our associate hotels to park or alternatively may find metered street parking on East Overcliff Drive as shown on the map above.
All of our hotels are non-smoking. The Cumberland does have a a covered outdoor seating area where smoking is permitted. Smoking is not permitted in our bedrooms, evidence of smoking will automatically incur a £100 cleaning charge.
All hotels accept small dogs and guide dogs by arrangement, there is a small charge and although we welcome small dogs they are not allowed in any public areas. Soiling of carpets or rooms will incur cleaning fees starting at £50.
Oceana Hotels provide a complimentary WI-FI service throughout the majority of bedrooms and public areas. At The Cumberland you will find an internet terminal which is coin operated. Charges vary accordingly to the length that you surf.
In the interests of a good night’s sleep and to ensure all our guests enjoy the Hotel experience, the majority of group bookings will be asked to sign a bond with a £100 per person hold on credit card funds. This bond will not be taken off your card should there be no unreasonable issues, it will only be held in the event of disruption to other hotel guests.
